Privacy Policy
Effective date: 31 July 2026
1. What we collect
We collect account details provided by teachers or adult users, including name, email address and password credentials. We also collect resource launches, favourites, feedback, device/session information and basic technical logs required to operate, secure and improve the service.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide accounts and online resources, maintain security, respond to requests, understand classroom use and improve Lumi Play Lab. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.
3. Children and classrooms
Lumi Play Lab is intended to be used by teachers, parents and other authorised adults. Do not create student accounts or submit children’s names, contact information, photographs or other personal information unless you have obtained all permissions required by applicable law. The adult user is responsible for classroom and school compliance.
4. Sharing and storage
We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, email delivery, backups and security. Information may be processed where those providers operate. We share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, legal obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request account access, correction or deletion through the site administrator. Deleting an account may remove associated library and activity records, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to the Lumi Play Lab administrator.
